I got this for my daughter who loves Moana. She really wanted the grandma, the only one she was missing, so I grabbed the set. I think the toys are made fine but only Moana's limbs move, fyi. Everybody else is as is. No movement. Overall, it's a great gift for a Moana fan. If you don't care for the granny, you can find other sets with the others that will be cheaper.
