Helpful product, without herbs as I must have.
Been taking Only One Liquid-Gel Multi WITHOUT Iron for 1 to 2 years. I must stay away from herbs due to health complications. So this is safe and helpful. Comments about strong fishy smell were several years ago. Not a problem now! Fortunately I can take really big pills, so not a problem. Caps no longer sticky due to adding several barrel desiccants to each bottle.
