It actually worked for me! Used it for my cargo trailer/camper. Had maybe 1 bar (if that) inside the trailer/camper, but I mounted the antenna to a 10’ wood pole and mounted it outside, ran the cable inside the trailer/camper to the booster and now I get at least 3 bars. I use Verizon as my service.
