This high-performance hydraulic coupler set is designed for reliability and ease of use in demanding applications. The set includes both male and female couplers, each featuring a 1/2" body size with 1/2" NPT threads, fully compliant with ISO 16028 standards for secure and standardized hydraulic line connections.
Operation is effortless thanks to the innovative sleeve locking design. A simple push is all it takes to connect, while the flat-face interface prevents fluid spillage, simplifies cleaning, and effectively blocks dust from entering the system during coupling and uncoupling. For a secure grip during operation, the heavy-duty sleeves are knurled, providing excellent non-slip handling for easy one-handed use.
Built for endurance, these couplers are constructed from hardened carbon steel, capable of handling pressures up to 5076 PSI and high flow rates of 25 GPM with minimal pressure drop. This robust construction ensures long-term durability under high-flow and high-pulse pressure conditions.
To maintain system integrity, the couplers come equipped with protective dust caps. These caps shield the connections from dirt and contaminants when not in use, reducing the risk of failure. Internal dust seals further ensure the sleeve locking mechanism operates smoothly without interference.
