I think these are slightly narrow and short for 9M

I'm a size 9M and have been purchasing flats at WM for years- I still have a pair of snake print gray flats from years ago. I wish they would carry that style again.. slightly pointed toe. These Chaps are on the slightly short end of sizing and feel narrow. They are decently made and maybe they will loosen up. I can even wear 8.5 in some brands but I think in this brand the 9M should have fit and a 9.5 would be too big.
