Great and necessary when it's too hot!

Shipped quickly. Arrived promptly. Well packaged. Poorly placed on porch by delivery but that's NOT the vendors fault. Installation was easy. Cooling the big room well so far. Quick to cool. Gotta love that. It will be used as a back up for days if/when the central air doesn't keep up. Or at night when you want it extra cool. I don't know about longevity, but I will comeback and update if there are any problems. Great and necessary item!
