Beautiful Lamp, Extraordinary Customer Service

This lamp is beautiful and looks exactly as pictured except the finial that came with it is not the same as pictured. It is a round, cream colored ball. The lamp was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I contacted Customer Service and worked with Danielle to have a new finial sent. Also, I had found this lamp at another brick-and-mortar store for a lower price and submitted a price adjustment under Lamps Plus 120% Price Guarantee. Danielle helped with that as well and the request was approved - no muss, no fuss. Lamps Plus is true to their word and Danielle was excellent to work with. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Beautiful, but...

Just opened the box after lamp arrived yesterday. It's beautiful & works perfectly in our redecorated master bedroom on a small side chest. Crackle finish is very subtle but may show more when light is on (haven't tried that yet). Flowers are beautiful & stand out so you probably want to be careful not to chip! PROBLEM: The pictured finial is very elegant & seems to match the lamp, but the finial that arrived is a plain round ball (ivory like the lamp). BIG DISAPPOINT considering the lamp w/ shipping was $200 & it's not a big lamp! Lamps Plus, you need to send me the finial shown in the pix please. As an interior decorator, I'm all about the details & the price of this lamp is on the high side for this small-size lamp & should certainly include the finial as shown & not a cheaper, less attractive one! Thanks for your attention to this matter asap. I look forward to receiving a new finial.
