It didn't come with any clear instructions but wasn't too hard to figure out. I like the height and the sturdiness as my two 16 year old cats are near 15 lbs each and do things together. The stairs will hild both of them together on one step.

Easy steps for my cats

I purchased these steps for my cats. Because I also have three dogs, I have to put the cats food bowl on the dryer so dogs can't reach it.
