Have had the smaller, 1 mailbox size, of this. The cats loved it so much, it was pretty well destroyed in 6 years. They love this one even more because of the choices of heights they can sit.

Cats love it but...
Not as big as I had hoped but all 4 of my cats took to it fast and love it. The tallest pole does wobble a bit but you can limit it by tightening the screws tighter. My only issue is that the poles in the back are fabric...my cats are also scratching those and, although I've only had it for a month, they are already shredded.
