Terrific Reliability!!!
I have owned American Standard ceramic cartridge faucets for decades and have never had a problem. When I moved to a house in another state, the existing faucets, which were not American Standard, started to fail, one-by-one. I replaced each one with an American Standard faucet that utilized the Ceramix cartridge. I replaced the faucet in the bathroom last winter. Although I have come to expect great performance from American Standard faucets, I was greatly surprised at the EASE OF INSTALLATION! I am not very good at lying on the floor with my head in a cabinet and a flashlight in my mouth while reaching into dark recesses to manipulate parts that are too tiny for my clumsy fingers. The hardest part of this job was removing the old faucet. The American Standard Ceramix went in slick as a whistle - with NO LEAKS! American Standard has developed a super simple installation process that even I cannot gum up. Most surprising was the drain connection. It always takes me two, three, or more times to get a leak-free drain. Sometimes I just leave a bucket under the trap, and empty it one a week. But this time the bucket was dry after the first week, and there has never been a drop under that faucet since I installed it 6 months ago. Thank you American Standard.

nice look
purchased one year ago and is now leaking. warranty person said must send in a picture of the problem to receive the warranty. How is one to take a picture under the counter of drips running now the supply line from the faucet itself? I guess I will not buy American Standard bathroom faucet again because of the ridicules requirement to get this one replaced.
