Weber Summit S-460 Built-In Propane Gas Grill With Rotisserie & Sear Burner - 7160001. 7160001. Built-In Gas Grills. Summit Series gas BBQ grills are the crown jewels of the Weber family, with exclusive features, the highest level of performance and stunning looks. The Weber Summit S-460 is a built-in model that has so many incredible features, it will be hard to find something it cannot cook! The stainless steel S-460 features 4 stainless steel burners that produce 48,800 BTUs and a 10,600 BTU Sear Station, each with Snap-Jet individual burner ignition to help you get the party started as quickly as possible. The Summit S series propane gas grill comes fully equipped with 9mm (3/8 inch) stainless steel rod cooking grates and stainless steel Flavorizer bars to effectively hold and distribute heat evenly over the 468 square-inch main cooking grid. The warming rack provides an additional 112 square inches for a generous 580 square inches of total cooking area. The Weber S-460 also has a stainless steel smoker box with a dedicated 6,800 BTU smoker burner and a 10,600 BTU infrared rotisserie rear burner with a heavy-duty motor and spit fork attachment. This Weber Summit grill has a front-mounted control panel with LED lighted control knobs. The stainless steel shroud will withstand the elements for years to come and has a polished stainless steel handle and a center-mounted thermometer to monitor cooking temperatures. This unique built-in grill includes an attached enclosed storage area featuring stainless steel doors and an interior shelf. The SlideFrame design allows the grill to slide in and out of place with ease, as needed for cleaning and service. You can light up your grill with the Grill Out handle light, which features an integrated tilt sensor that automatically turns the light on when the lid is raised and off when the lid is closed. Love Summit Grills
This is the 3rd Summit we have purchased in the last 20 years. The 1st one I replaced about 10 years ago and gave to my brother in law- still going strong for him . The 2nd which is now 10years old we left with my son when we moved from Illinois to Arizona. The 3rd time we did A Built in to put in a kitchen island. Love the lighted knobs.

Weber is it
I've had my Weber Silver built in model for 15 years and I will tell you that their support is world class. After 15 years of heavy use, the smoker box is ready for replacement, and I am on my second set of grill tops, there's some rusting going on , but it still looks and cooks great! I also had an issue with the rotisserie burner not staying lit initially, and although it had well past the warranty period (it sat in my garage for some time before installing) they still sent me a replacement burner free of charge. Weber rocks!

Nice improvements in quality. Looks impressive!
Nice improvements over the prior version...Items such as the additional burner in between the 2nd-3rd burner and the way that the smoker box fills an area set down alongside the grates instead of resting on top of them - very nice and well done touches. The searing station is impressive to show off. The lighting on the handles that turns on with the touch of a button has been really helpful as it seems that we are alway starting up after dark as the daylight hours start to wane earlier in the fall. The trim pieces really helped provide a more finished look alongside the porcelain tile that we put into protect the outdoor kitchen area. (note that - we pulled our old Weber Summit out that had been installed by the former home owners, cut out a slightly larger area to accommodate the side vents, added a few inches of floor platform to give room for the rear vents, put in new plywood & concrete backer-board and then thin-setted porcelain tile over that). We love it!
