impossible to assemble bed frame

I could not assemble this bed frame on my own and had to hire an Angie bed frame assembly person. I don't like the height of the of the frame it's a little too high to climb into bed. I also don't like the cross members are not bolted in and can easily come undone. the only thing good was the price it was affordable.
