Poor online shopping experience

I ordered 2 of these online from Walmart, which the company correctly charged for. However, they incorrectly only delivered one. I'm posting this review in the hopes the company will reach out to correct this error or send me the second patch. In the meantime, I'm just going to purchase future items elsewhere.
