Attractive but flawed

This are very attractive stools that look high quality. They were somewhat difficult to put together. The instructions could have been clearer. My big complaint is that one leg on one of the stools is a 1/4 inch longer than the others so it doesn't sit evenly on the floor. I don't want to have to disassemble both stools and return them, then hope that the replacements would be better.
