Item discription is wrong

I had my work order these in, purchase a (very highend name brand) orbital sander , and a 3M 05776 "hook it" disc pad. These products are supposed to work together, but these discs DO NOT have the backing on them that attaches to the "hook it" pad, so they "kinda" stick, but fly right off once you start your orbital. They are literaly just a piece of scotch-brite cut in a circle. These are almost worth less. I have never had problems with 3M products before, did i just get faulty baches? Not happy!
