I have 3 cats, they shed and get litter everywhere in my 2 bedroom apartment. I have hard floors so you feel every bit of dirt when your barefoot. It drives me crazy. I shopped around a long time before I decided to make the most expensive vacuum purchase I've made. I looked at robot vacuums but knew there was no way it would keep up with the dirt pack.I love that the filters are washable, the brush is washable and the suction power is next level. I'm so glad I went with dyson, I just charged it and then played around with the tools, there so easy to get on and off. I love they they click and all dyson tools will work with all dyson vacuums. nice. My floor feels amazing and I know with more time I'll become a pro with the high tech settings in this vacuum. This piece of kit is worth every penny. I will now be a dyson user for life. This vacuum is actually fun to use and emptying the bin is efficient and easy. I've had other bin vacuums and the dirt and hair gets stuck and I have to dig most of it out. It's gross, this one is so much cleaner. Also did I mention the washable filter, I love that.

it arrived in good shape. had difficulties assembling. call for help and had it done in a few minutes. video could do a better job on how to take apart to clean, but figured it out. its a great vacuum and love laser feature, allow you see dirt i was missing.
