The packing was not secured. They just dumped the item in a plastic bag which got damaged in shipping. The product is very watery. Not syrupy like they show you in videos. Does not work in 3 days like they claim! The damaged nails don't get strong or heal either! This was a total reap off! I would not recommend to anyone! It would be better to apply Vitamin E to your nails and fingers!
