As an owner of an Apple Watch, I was looking for something lower profile and more comfortable to wear to monitor my sleeping habits and to wear during volleyball. I didn't have a ton of expectations beyond that, and have been pleasantly surprised by this device. First, it charges quickly and lasts a long time. It's very comfortable to wear (which is half my battle as a sensory sensitive person). I am able to play volleyball without it impacting my passes and it seems accurate enough for my purposes to have an idea of my fitness levels. I am not someone who needs an exact, perfect figure- but this seems comparable to data from my Apple Watch. My primary use for this watch was to help with improving my sleep. It's much more comfortable than my Apple, and it seems more sensitive in its measurements. It does a good job of analyzing the sleep data and has various levels of disruption reported. This was especially interesting to me as it's a primary source of my sleep issues. Unlike my Apple Watch, it was able to tell when I was awake - but only to an extent. It registered when I got up in the night, but only labeled it as only a 3-minute “long interruption” despite me being awake for much longer and labeled the rest as “light sleep.” I understand that these devices have limitations and tossing and turning can seem like light sleep, so I still find this information useful. It's also water resistant and at some point you really forget you're wearing it. One of the reasons it's so comfortable is that it's a Velcro-type clasp. I am curious to see how long that holds up with daily use, but so far it seems sturdy. Overall, this is a great product that does what it claims to do well. It's a great option for someone like me who wants to have a subtle, comfortable device that can help you make adjustments to improve your health without adding another screen in your life.

Awesome, I got the copper color, comes with 2 wrist bands for sizing, I was mainly interested in sleep patterns since I struggle with sleeping, it offers so much more info if you're looking for exercise heart rates etc. seamless set up just download the polar app, I don't notice or feel it on my wrist, very good quality and comfortable
