What form of B-12? (Question answered - cyanocobalamine, methylcobalamine)

I'm the same "Meredith D." who wrote the review with the criticism about the type of B-12 not being disclosed. I had to sign out of my account to write this review because they don't let users submit two reviews (which probably keeps people from posting duplicate positive or negative postings, so that's a good thing). Anyhow, I contacted Swanson customer support, and they were able to contact the company who makes PANMOL. It turns out that the type of B-12 in the supplement is cyanocobalamine and methylcobalamine, so it is an active form of B-12. I'm no longer worried about taking this supplement, so I'm glad I didn't get around to throwing it out. It looks like this will suit my needs, and I haven't noticed any rancid smells like the other user, so I'm going to start using it. I'm very happy that this product doesn't contain ridiculously large amounts of most of the vitamins listed with the exception of the biotin, which isn't a big deal.

Real, Solid, Undeniable, Positive Results!!!

Having used natural supplements for very much my whole life, I became passionate about natural supplements and have always searched everywhere for the very best. With age and other personal factors, my health situation has greatly complicated and supplement benefits have been very variable. I've tried other food state, food based, food this and food that vitamins with dissapointing results until now. The results were shocking as they came so quickly. Don't be fooled by the small amounts in the label. These B vitamins are super, mega, ultra absorbable and effective!!! Every part of my body is benefitting! I take one Real Food multivitamin capsule together with a capsule of the Real Food B Complex with every meal. Jump in! Thank you Swanson and thank you PANMOL (manufacturer brand)!!
