Very happy - super comfy!

I am super happy with this chair, so far. It is very cushiony and comfortable, even after 7 hours of sitting. I was pleasantly surprised at how wide and deep the seat is. The multiple seat and back adjustments are awesome and make the seat very customizable for different body types. It is nearly unheard of to find all of these adjustments at this price point. It may take a little while to find the perfect combination for you, but once you find it, you can set it and forget it. Also, the fabric is much prettier up close than in the photos. Other people have stated that the back height isn't adjustable, but mine is. You simply need to unscrew the back and slide the seat back up or down and then retighten the screw - it isn't the ratchet type. Hopefully, the chair will wear well, stay comfortable, and not lose the adjustment settings. Fingers crossed!

Made for Extremely Obese People

I bought this chair because my old chair lift began not working. It was the most comfortable chair with every adjustment possible! Unfortunately, the hydraulic lift stopped working so I've been looking for a replacement quite a while. I chose THIS chair because of all of the many adjustments similar to my old one. However, the seat is way too wide and deep. It appears to be made for an obese person, not average build. The seat is WAY too deep. If you scoot yourself back enough to touch the back of chair, then it cuts off circulation in your legs and is extremely uncomfortable. The back is very uncomfortable as well. Feels like a chair for a giant! I'm returning it asap. Very disappointing.

Chair is very uncomfortable as adjustments are factory notches, not to sitters comfort. It takes two to make the adjustments as sitter not able to. I would return if the guys hadn't thrown away the box. It is good at giving back aches but nothing else good to report.
