Fast shipping, perfect fit on my S430. I was afraid I needed a special tool to fit this bushing, but I pressed it in place by hand in about 10 seconds and installed a new clip. Shift selector works like new! FYI, the clip broke and the shift linkage seperated while the car was in the neutral position. The car would not start till its in the park position.
