Helps with body aches and pain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a cancer survivor, I suffer from a lot of muscle pain. I am not a proponent of taking a lot of pain meds to help relieve this, but Arnica has been known for years to help with muscle pain, swelling and even stiffness. All I have to do is just dissolve the 5 tablets under my tongue. Take as needed

sciatica symptoms relieved by arnica dose of 1M
I first tried Arnica 30c for sciatica for about a week and it did nothing, several months later i had a bad spell sciatica again and decided to try it again . I was not paying attention to detail and bought the 1M dose of arnica . In 24 hours my sciatica pain was over. Was it coincidence? Was it the higher dose of 1M? I don't know but I aim to keep the 1m dose of arnica on my shelf for any future sciatica flareups.
