This belt is fully adjustable, fits snugly, and works really well to keep things in place while resuming a moderately active lifestyle. I'm using it to buy time while considering surgery. It is comfortable enough that I often forget I'm wearing it. It fits well over my boxer shorts, and requires little extra effort when using restrooms, public or private. After trying one out to verify the fit, buy more to rotate through the wash.
