Purchased these flat skewers specifically to grill ground chicken kebabs so that they would not roll while cooking. The actual recipe I used is Chicken Seekh Kebab on the SpiceCravings website. Yes, there is a difference between Shish Kebabs and Seekh Kebabs. These skewers were the prefect size for my AirFryer and they held the meat securely so that all of the meat was cooked and browned evenly. The product arrived sooner than expected, and in excellent condition. I highly recommend this product and this seller.
