Perfect sous vide cooler
Easily cook for 2 using sous vide method, with plenty of room to throw a bunch of steaks in or larger items for a group. The lid is rather thin, so I covered it with a folded towel to help keep temperature even better. Since I wanted to be able to use this as a cooler when I was not cooking in it, I found a large pipe stopper usually used for swimming pools to plug the hole I had cut in the lid.
