I'm happy with the product and it was simple enough to put together. My only critique would be that it is very low and the back rests are very low. If it was made taller it would be perfect. I am pleased for the price though.

This Was the worst purchase I've ever made over the Internet. The rattan is unweaving, and it was shipped to me this way.. I don't think that they have much quality control looking things over before they shipped to customers. I contacted customer service and all they offer for a broken couch was $50. I asked for a new set to be sent to me and for this one to be returned and they would not do it. They have very poor customer service they're very rude when they talk to you and completely allude all your questions in your emails. They said there is a three month warranty. I asked for it to be replaced and they're not replacing it. I will never waste my money trying to be cheap and from now on I've learned a lesson Home Depot or Lowe's where I can see the product structure is where I'm going to make purchases in the future.
