Very gentle exfoliation that works over a few days with very tiny sandlike texture I like it on my sensitive skin it wasn't too scratchy or harsh very similar to the philosophy microdermabrasion face wash but obviously this is a body wash. I would recommend it if your looking for gentle exfoliation for your body.
