These really work!

I had been looking for glides for my heavy wooden chairs on our tile floor. These do the job excellently. It was harder to take off the old, poorly-working metal glides than to put on these new ones using the self-stick option. Our family holiday guests will appreciate how easy it is to slide a chair up to the dining table! I've already ordered more to put on our spare chairs.

Buyer beware

Great idea with garbage follow through\n1, once the screw is seated and starts to compress the foam backing it is still not deep enough to avoid horrible scratches on your floor. So easy to not screw in far enough\n2, if you over tighten it will pull through the backing and make that pad worthless garbage. Easy to over tighten\n3, the screws are garbage pot metal and strip out easily even with a high quality screw driver and care.\n\nNeeds to be redesigned without the unnecessary black foam layer and a deeper well so that screw insertion isn't so easy to under or over do
