Dry Wall sanding pad

I never though I could replace this ,all other Lumber Yards said I would never find one ,because now they are made out of plastic ,mine is over 30 yrs. old and the rubber pad dry rotten. Mostly contractor would use this.

I give this 5 stars because I wanted this type to hold the paper! But I should've paid more attention! Because I didn't notice at the time! That it was for a female ended pole! So I had to order an adapter!
