Attention:
1. The fan housing or motor housing must be reliably grounded.
2. Do not rotate in the opposite direction, do not run with excessive fixed current, and do not run without phase.
3. The fan bearing refueling time should not be less than 1000 hours/time.
4. Do not repair and maintain the fan during operation.
5. Do not touch the fan and moving parts during operation. Do not put hands into the fan during operation.
Operation Method
1. Before installation, carefully check whether the blade is damaged or deformed due to transportation. If yes, it should be repaired before installation.
2. Check whether the blade and the air duct make contact with the shell due to the loosening of the connecting screw. If the clearance between the blade and the air duct is not uniform, the clearance should be adjusted, and the machine can be started only after the correction is uniform and the screws are tightened.
3. Before starting the fan, first of all, check whether there are objects around the fan that hinder the rotation, and whether the blade installation angle is consistent.
4. Check whether the insulation performance of the motor is good. After switching on the power, check whether there is friction, collision and vibration. After running for one hour, stop the motor to check whether the heating is normal.
5. During normal operation, monitor whether the fan current is within the normal range. In case of the following circumstances, it should be shut down immediately for maintenance:
(1) The motor temperature exceeds 90℃.
(2) The motor smokes.
(3) The strong vibration or a greater sound occurs.
The fan not used for a long time should be placed in a dry place to avoid damage to the motor due to moisture.
