Love this roll of film. IT is about 6 inches wider and $10 cheaper than the brand I was previously buying. I do a lot of preserving and I can set my pan sideways to cover for individual freezing. I make my own French fries, after blanching them I put them on a tray to freeze individually. Do the same with peppers, onions, cherries. I bag them and return them to the freezer. I can just use the portion that I want and return the rest to the freezer, Also great for covering baked goods.
