Select appropriate width tube and trim to fit. Slip onto toe and pull hosiery on carefully. Reposition if needed. For best results, keep nails trimmed and do not wear shoes that interfere with toe freedom. Care: Hand wash. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse.

The bandages are great. I used them to help with a callus area between my toes. I would prefer to be able to choose the sizes though. The medium fits my big toes. The small are way too big for the other toes and I am not really sure what someone would do with the large ones.
