Instructions
Directions: Can be worn directly against skin or over socks. Place gel pad against the bottom of foot and position comfortably in the arch area. Pull straps up and over top of foot. Secure with fasteners. Check for comfortable fit. Trim excess strap length if desired. WARNING: If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your doctor before use. Do not place on an open wound. If irritation, discomfort or poor circulation occurs, discontinue use.

Plantar fasciitis
I suffer with arch pain, these helped. Keep in mind, they run large. I have the small and must wear it over a sock to prevent slipping. I have narrow, size 7 feet and the velcro does not extend far enough to make them tight enough to wear barefoot as it says in the ad. All in all, good product, I like that the pad does not flatten out as other products do when you depress your foot.
