The chest clip does not stay in place. My child ended up with her arms completely out of the straps and it was at an appropriate height for her and the straps started off tight.

Hello Amanda! Hello Amanda! Thank you for your feedback – we take safety very seriously. The chest clip is designed to keep the harness properly positioned and should sit at armpit level with the straps snug. If the harness is loose or the clip is too low, a child may be able to move their arms out. Our seats meet all U.S. safety standards. Please contact us at info@kidsembrace.com so we can help with proper adjustment or provide a solution. The KidsEmbrace Team
