Activated Charcoal good for some digestive issues
Well I am not sure of all the uses for Activated Charcoal but I am using the capsules for helping with my digestion and intestines health. Do not take this with food or other medicines as it will absorb nutrients from your meal! I also take some of the capsules apart and use the powder to help get rid of the stains out of my teeth. It is made from coconut shells and is not toxic but it can cause toxic side effects if you consume too much. I also use it in my tobacco pipes to make a layer of "cake "i in the bowl.
