Try this for adding protein to your meals

I've used Textured Vegetable Protein before but not this brand. TVP is a wonderful way to add protein to your diet. It's Kinda like Tofu where it will absorb the flavors your using for soup , chili, or tomatoes sauces etc. Would I lie to you? No way, Silly.

New to being vegan and have to say, I was not disappointed by this TVP. My kids also enjoyed it and they are picky eaters. super easy to use and can be seasoned to your liking, works in tons of dishes as a chicken replacement. I was a little iffy on how much came in the package but I've made several dishes from only one bag so far...I will be buying again.
