4 players participate
Dealer is randomly determined (by dice roll in the first game) , rotating counterclockwise
Dice roll determines the starting position for drawing tiles
Players draw tiles in turn until each has 13 tiles
The dealer draws one extra tile (14 total) , then the game begins
‌2 . Core Gameplay‌
Drawing and Discarding‌: Dealer plays first , then players take turns counterclockwise drawing 1 tile and discarding 1 unwanted tile
‌Chow , Pong , Kong‌: Players can gain extra draws by:
