(*) NuBest Tall: Ages 5 to 10: Take one (1) capsule twice daily about 30 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals; Above 10 to teenagers: Take one (1) capsule three times daily about 30 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals.
(*) NuBest Tall 10+: For use by age (10+) and teenagers who drink milk daily. It is especially effective during puberty. Take one (1) capsule twice daily after meals. Capsules may be opened and powder added to your food or drink.
(*) NuBest Tall Kids: For use by kids from the ages of 2 to 9. Kids chew the whole tablet. Under the age of 4: Chew one (1) tablet daily. Ages 4 and older: Chew two (2) tablets daily. If kids cannot chew the tablets, parents can crush the tablets and mix the powder with milk, juice, smoothie or liquid foods such as porridge or soup.

So far So Good!!
I bought this for my 6-year-old son, he has been underweight for a few years but kept growing as expected. At his last doctor's appointment, he only grew one inch, which is not enough for his age and lacked his weight again. I was looking for some vitamins and read about this product, I decided to give it a try since there are vitamins in it. He did not like the flavor at the beginning, but we kept pushing it until he got used to it. It is a large thick tablet, which we tried dissolving in liquid (not a good idea for my kiddo), then tried giving him the powder, and finally, we cut it into four pieces and this is what is working for us now. I didn't weigh or measure him before starting, but after two weeks of taking two tablets daily, I can tell by looking at the length of his pants that he is getting taller, and has gained 3 pounds. I believe they are working because we haven't changed our diet or activities at all. Will continue using them and recommend them.

Best vitamin for health and growth
This is my second purchase and I am so happy with all the great results from this nubest for kids. Since my 5-year-old niece took this vitamin, I think it supports her health. She looks more active and dynamic and always be eager to go outside and play with her dogs. Cute animal shapes with mouth-watering taste and flavor are a plus, she never gets bored when trying to guess which animal is, so funny hahaha. Overall, we'll likely reorder it to keep her strong and healthy all the time.
