The tast is horrible and it burns; however, it does work miraculously. I purchased it to clear my throat and enhance my singing voice. It works within 15 min or less and lasts for hours. I started singing at abt 10 am and stopped at abt 8 pm (I sing all day). No I am not a professional singer, but I do enjoy singing. It's an herbal remedy, I have used the professional version, yeah it was horrible too but worked. I only had to use the extra strenght once or twice (2 pumps and swallow) and the results were/are very good.
