Wear effect is very good

they are amazing. After a full work week, they were never uncomfortable. Never had to "break them in". The laces they came with stay tied, I have no complaints about these shoes. I'm surprised that such an inexpensive item is outperforming the pricey name brand steel toes I've been wearing for a few years. Will be getting these again when mine wear out.

I expected steel toed athletic shoes to be heavy and "clunky". I can honestly not tell the difference between these and a regular athletic shoe. They are lightweight, supportive, and most importantly....they breathe! I will definitely purchase these again.
