Not what I expected 😮

Me and my grandsons assembled it. Not complicated at all. I did have part of the latch missing so I emailed the company. They responded immediately. Asked some questions asked for some pictures and had the company send out my missing piece. What impressed me is that I could tell they listen and were very personable. Not like a robot. They empathize with me because I was a little old lady. They used my name when they responded and the whole dialogue with them only lasted Two days. No long drawn out process. They restored my image of what great customer service is. I really had a good time putting it together. The directions (booklet) were straightforward and easy to understand. I have a dog that likes to dig so I had a cement platform made just for the occasion. With the base of the poles that were on the ground, I have to add a few inches to my platform of 8’x8’. The gate is not what I expected. It was way better!!! I’m so impressed and you will be too.

Initially, given its affordable price point, I didn't have particularly high expectations for this dog kennel; however, upon receiving the actual product, I was genuinely surprised—and impressed—by both its quality and its straightforward assembly process. The materials used are exceptionally sturdy, and the included assembly instructions are remarkably clear—making them easy to follow at a glance and rendering the entire installation process completely effortless. Furthermore, all the necessary assembly tools were included in the package. It is also worth noting that the fencing mesh provided is quite generous in length; during installation, I was able to set it up securely without needing to strain to pull it taut or resort to specialized tensioning tools. The kit also came with a sufficient supply of zip ties to firmly anchor the entire enclosure in place. All in all, I have absolutely no complaints about this product. It is definitely a worthwhile purchase.

although the fencing didn't work out for this i was able to buy wire fencing and make it work. the top canvas doesn't cover like i want it to so i have to rig a few things to keep my pup dry. he absolutely loves the space he has now. a few things I wasnt fond of but was able to make it work for us. easy to assemble but no meah came with the kit for the door. i made that work with wire fencing as well
