this particular product doesn't have extra vitamins or minerals decreasing the risk of elevated lab levels such as Vitamins D, B12, COQ10 etcetera. flavor is good. only thing that I could say in the slightly negative way would be the stiffness of the gummies. Good value for price.

I don't like that you get so much sugar in them but other than that, they are very good and easy to take. I took the powder before and it's not quite as good and it is more trouble to use. They both help my heart a lot, but I think the powder might help better yet.
