Works great keeping debris out of my fire pit. The heat from the flames has warped the mesh and I am a little concerned the metal mesh will disintegrate. So we remove the cover when we light a fire.

The product is very nice. There are complete fire pits out there for either the same money or less. Also, I thought it would be nice if they included a poker for the logs with this cover. The top gets hot and you need something to lift it off.
