I was skeptical

When I learned about these bags, I started using parchment paper to wrap my cheeses and it works better than plastic, for sure, but still got damp and needed to be replaced after a couple wrapping/unwrappings. I bought these bags and used one for a rather large block of cheddar. Very happy to share that I got to eat the entire block without any loss to mold. I'm impressed. I gave two of the packages to my daughter's boyfriend who has a serious cheese infatuation. I will buy again.

Very satisfied. So I bought several packs to give to friends and family who I know will appreciate them.

I love a variety of cheeses and when my storage bags needed replacement I knew from experience that they work perfectly to keep cheese fresh. I bought several extra packages and some of the cheese papers to share with others because I want to spread the knowledge that these do a much better job than plastic.

These storage bags are wonderful. Not only do they do a vreat job of keeping cheese usable for weeks after bringing the cheese home, they also look great doing it. First found this product at a.cheesemonger in Vancouver. Bought a box from them on the spot. With this purchase I think it has been a total of six boxes purchases.
