ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the result of years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip Designed in Italy by Matteo Thun and made in Germany by ZWILLING J.A. Henckels, the company that sets the standard for exceptional cutlery worldwide. The ZWILLING Pro 3" Kudamono Knife is a small Asian vegetable knife with a strong blade, straight cutting edge, and firm tip. Cleans, peels and cuts small fruit and vegetables.

Great knife
Bought this for my mother to replace a Henckel knife she has had for sometime. She says the knife is about the same weight but feels different. I believe in time she will get use too the new knife and love it just as much as her old one.

We LOVE IT!!! What a pleasure this knife is to use. It just came in the mail this week and my husband and I are already fighting over it during food prep. Luckily he does most of the cooking so I usually let him use it first. I find I need to use the tip to pierce the skin of a tomato but after that it glides through the rest like butter. Amazing knife. Sharp through to the tip.
