Bullion Exchanges is pleased to offer the 1915 Austrian 4 Ducat Gold Restrike Coin produced by the Austrian Mint as early as 16th century. Each Austrian Ducat is made from 0.986 fine gold with a weight of 0.4438 troy oz.
The obverse features a right facing bust of Franz Joseph I who ruled over sections of Eastern and Central Europe from 1848-1916. Inscriptions include “FRANC IOS I D G AVSTRIAE IMPERATOR” along the rim.
The reverse displays the Austrian Coat of Arms, along with the denomination and the year of mintage. The inscriptions “HVNGAR BOHEM GAL LOD ILL REX A A” are also featured around the rim.
