This golf bag storage organizer arrived with multiple dents and bent metal pieces. Out of the 4 damaged parts, only one could be bent back into shape. The shipping box itself was heavily dented and punctured, so it's pretty clear the damage happened during shipping and that the packaging wasn't protective enough for this lower quality metal. The dents didn't completely prevent assembly, but two of them are on one of the pull-out drawers, which makes the drawer hard to slide in and out. That's something I expect will be a long-term annoyance and the other dent could affect structure durability over time. Assembly was doable, but the instructions were very poor. There are no written instructions at all—only diagrams, and some steps are simply missing. It wasn't that a page was left out; certain steps were never illustrated or numbered in the first place. If you've assembled furniture before, you can figure it out, but beginners may find it frustrating. On the plus side, all tools were included, so no extra tools were needed. Visually, it mostly matches the product photos, except the front “bar” is just a bungee cord. I expected a metal bar or some kind of rigid structure enclosing it, as was pictured in the product photos, but that was not included. Because of this, the unit feels flimsier than expected. The casters/wheels are low quality. They're fine if you're rolling it around a smooth, clean garage, but I wouldn't trust them over bumps, cracks, or uneven surfaces. This is not something you'd want to transport frequently. Overall, this feels like a short-term or budget solution, not a lifetime piece. If you barely move it and keep it in one place, it may last several years. Realistically, I'd expect around 5 years, maybe more with very gentle use. It's not heavy-duty garage steel, and it seems prone to denting if bumped or mishandled. That said, it does help organize gear, looks decent once assembled, and is better than having everything piled up. The drawers would be a nicer features if not damaged. If you're on a tight budget, living somewhere temporarily, or just need a basic organizer you don't plan to keep forever, this could work—but don't expect premium quality, and be aware that shipping damage seems to be a real risk.
