Warmed up quickly, melted evenly, and the grill on top cooked our veggies well. So impressed and surprised by how well this works. We melted Roclette cheese in the trays and warmed up onions and ham on the top.

Great gift
I gave this to my lives-far-away sister for Christmas and she already had a Raclette party with 8 people. It was a huge hit. I will likely get one for myself at some point. I do have a question for Swissmar: I ordered the cast iron top version, and she can't tell if there is or is not a non-stick coating on the cast iron. The cleaning instructions say "if there is a non-stick coating". Would you please clarify?

Loved it! We used it on my husband's recent birthday. He is 1/2 Swiss and spent most summers and holidays with his family and grandparents in Switzerland. It was a surprise for him and so very much fun to use!
