Highly versatile cooker.
Great item. Casserole, braising, baking...and so on. Extremely versatile and cleans up easily. After a major batch of turkey tetrazzini the pan came out of the dishwasher looking brand new. Also great for pan broiling steaks, the sides being just high enough to prevent spatter. The bottom is very non-stick. Only drawback is the handles--they stay HOT.
