As soon as I got this neck fan, I plugged it in to charge, which went fairly quickly, and then turned it on ~ HOLY MOLY, but this was like heaven on earth!!! Instantly I was cooled off, and praising the glory of this neck fan! Bottom line: battery charged quickly and lasted a decent amount of time; noise level was not loud at all, well made, and functions just as expected! Definitely recommend this neck fan to one and all!!!
